The Color Blue
It’s said that we couldn’t describe the color blue until recently despite the fact modern humans have nearly the same biology as ancient ones. That suggests there are gaps between the existence of something, our ability to notice it (and understand it) and our capacity to give it a name or explain it. Sometimes, in a timeline of events, those gaps can be huge. However, the fact we can’t describe a concept doesn’t mean we cannot understand it. Many times in life, meaning comes before words.

Trabalhar no exterior: “are you ready?”
Depois dos posts dos amigos Davidson Fellipe (“Proposta de emprego no Rio de Janeiro, aceitar ou não?”) e Fellyph Cintra (“5 coisas que você NÃO deve fazer quando receber uma proposta de emprego em outra cidade”) resolvi escrever sobre as minhas experiências de quando decidi deixar o Brasil e vim trabalhar na América do Norte.
Para começo de conversa, boa parte do que eles falaram se aplica internacionalmente: escolher bem onde vai morar, pesquisar custo de vida, saudade da família e amigos, etc.. Porém, aceitar o desafio de trabalhar no exterior incorre ainda em outras peculiaridades.
